Near Monument Valley, in the Arizona desert, I crashed.
There was no crew. No support vehicle. No one to call. Just heat, silence, and the decision that every solo rider eventually faces: stop, or continue.
I checked myself. I checked the motorcycle. I chose to continue.
The USA Loop was never going to be a clean line on a map. It was always going to include moments that test whether you mean what you say about motion, resilience and exploration.
Monument Valley did not break the journey. It defined it.
